Since 2017 the S-GROUP Company has been the general representative for the German company of AGERGAARD, dealing in production of aids (tools) for flexo and offset printing, such as rakel plates, sealants, couplings for machines, vacuum sealants, water and air filters.
All the products have been developed and improved in close cooperation with the leading printing houses from all over the world. Each product design has been adapted to specific surroundings and undergoes demanding tests before entering serial production.
RAKEL PLATES
S-GROUP product programme for printing industry distinguishes a large number of rakel knives for removing of extra paint from the chamber system in the process of flexo and copper printing.
We offer standard, long life, as well as water colour knives.
SEALANTS
We offer a broad spectrum of sealants for flexo printing and flexo UV printing. They are made of various polymers and in forms appropriate for your machine, and are located in the area between the rakel plate, raster roller and the colour system. Their form, fit and composition prevent the paint from exiting outside of the chamber system. We work with renowned sealant producers, and we can always provide you with a certain testing amount according to your request.
Since 2019. Agergaard has been expanding their portfolio and introducing the Ake Boose chambers into the production programme. Thus, the rakel chambers have also become a part of our offer that is characterized by easy assembly and disassembly, high workmanship quality, as well as high degree of safety for the operator of the machine.
